Founded in 2000, the Louis and Scholar Nwoke Foundation is a self-funded, independent, and unwavering force for humanitarian impact. Our mission is rooted in a deep commitment to uplifting underserved communities and bridging critical gaps in education, healthcare, poverty alleviation, and social empowerment.
Unlike many not-for-profits, we do not seek external funding. Every initiative is fully self-financed by Louis and Scholar Nwoke and our family, ensuring absolute independence, integrity, and accountability in delivering life-changing programs—free from bureaucratic constraints.
For over two decades, we have remained steadfast in our mission, working tirelessly to provide hope, dignity, and opportunity to those in need. Through educational scholarships, healthcare access, clean water projects, and disaster relief, we continue to transform lives across communities with tangible, sustainable solutions.

Together, we are Meeting the Unmet Needs.
Welcome to Louis & Scholar Nwoke Foundation, Inc
The Louis and Scholar Nwoke Foundation, Inc is a non-profit, charitable organization established in 2000. We have always believed in the power of education to empower individuals to free themselves from the shackles of poverty.
Since the foundation’s inception, the LSNF has sought to provide scholarships to deserving students who are not given the privilege to afford a college education. The scholarships are awarded to deserving individuals based on merit and financial needs.
We also aim to help individuals establish a small business that could then foster into a large company. Thus, we provide single mothers and individuals who have no credit history microloans for their business.
It has been our commitment to help unprivileged individuals throughout the world in achieving their life goals. It includes assisting with food, clothing, shelter. We also prioritize medical assistance to those considered as disadvantaged individuals in the community.
The Louis and Scholar Nwoke Foundation board is composed of five competent and inspirational directors across the United States. Each of them has profound experience in the field of education and business financing. We are confident that with our team’s immense experience and knowledge, we can ignite the fire of inspiration to our beneficiaries.
Being a non-profit organization, we affirm that no one in the foundation will gain individual financial benefit from any funds. All funds shall be used and allocated only to helping individuals and communities live a better life.
